The matter between Blackburn Rovers FC and Chippa United FC sat for judgment today, Monday 04 July 2012.
Following a complaint by Blackburn Rovers, Chippa United were charged with allegedly fielding an improperly registered player.
The PSL DC ruled in favour of Chippa United.
Blackburn have already indicated that they will be appealing the ruling. Both parties have agreed to take the matter directly to arbitration.
The PSL will advise on the date of arbitration.
